About the role
The Sourcing Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. The role is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies that meet the brand’s quality and design standards, ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet quality and design criteria.
- Request, compare, and negotiate quotations, pricing, and terms.
- Coordinate purchase orders and track deliveries to align with production timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and finance teams.
- Handle supplier communications, resolve quality or delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing procurement of materials and supplies.
- Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as design, production, and finance.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking orders and maintaining records.
