Virtual Sales Agent

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Virtual Sales Agent to join our expanding remote sales team. In this position you will engage fully qualified inbound leads via calls and online meetings, understand their needs, and present tailored program solutions that add value and drive success.
Key responsibilities
- Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
- Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
- Utilise available tools and resources to follow up consistently with prospects and close sales.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Experience in telemarketing, call‑center, phone sales, or virtual sales.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
- Access to a smartphone, laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
