About the role
Aoun & Associates Law Firm is seeking a motivated Trainee Lawyer to join its Beirut office on a contract basis. This on‑site position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys across a variety of legal areas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on new laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents, case briefs, and legal opinions.
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing for and attending court sessions.
- Support litigation proceedings and client representations.
- Collaborate with team members on corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); LL.M. is a plus.
- Strong understanding of corporate, employment, and intellectual property law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Prior internship or practical experience in a legal setting is advantageous.
