About the role
We are seeking a motivated Legal and Compliance Officer to join our ICT company in Beirut. The role involves supporting vendor and customer due‑diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with contract management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct due‑diligence checks for vendors and customers.
- Manage compliance documentation, including FATCA and KYC forms.
- Participate in ISO vendor requests, internal reporting and audits.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and handle share transfer documentation.
- Submit company forms on various banking portals and coordinate finance requests with the Ministry of Finance.
- Interact with the Chamber of Commerce and manage trademark matters.
- Review and draft contracts such as NDAs and distribution agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3‑5 years of experience in legal and compliance functions.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
- Strong presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
- Advanced use of Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
