About the role

Aoun & Associates Law Firm is seeking a motivated Trainee Lawyer to join its Beirut office on a contract basis. This on‑site position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys across a variety of legal areas.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on new laws and regulations.
Draft legal documents, case briefs, and legal opinions.
Assist senior lawyers in preparing for and attending court sessions.
Support litigation proceedings and client representations.
Collaborate with team members on corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); LL.M. is a plus.
Strong understanding of corporate, employment, and intellectual property law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and teamwork.
Prior internship or practical experience in a legal setting is advantageous.
