About the role
We are seeking a proactive Technical Sales Representative to drive growth in the automotive paint sector. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, handling inquiries, orders, and after‑sales support while promoting our product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, ensuring timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Provide after‑sales service and client support, handling complaints in coordination with internal QC.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Train clients on software usage and technical functionalities.
- Explain product features and technical specifications clearly.
- Perform software testing and troubleshooting when required.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the Colorist department for product updates.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow‑up documentation.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven capability to train and support clients professionally.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
