Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to drive strategic clarity, surface actionable insights, and accelerate decision‑making at Toters, a fast‑growing on‑demand e‑commerce and delivery platform in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of company‑wide strategic initiatives aligned with growth priorities.
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate high‑impact projects, track progress, and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business, operational, and financial performance to uncover root causes and strategic implications.
• Assist in monitoring company‑wide OKRs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for senior leadership.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and support strategic planning.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives across markets and verticals.
