Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper will ensure a well‑organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing tools, spare parts, and materials while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse layout.
• Store and organize material, tools, and spare parts for each production cell.
• Label items correctly, receive deliveries, and inspect for discrepancies or damages.
• Conduct regular stock counts and keep precise inventory records.
• Deliver items according to the Bill of Materials and coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Inform the Stock Specialist of any warehouse issues or stock shortages.
• Adapt to shift work and changing hours as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor to benefit the organization.

Required profile

• Degree: Technical School (TS) or Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
• Language: Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience: 1‑3 years as a stock keeper in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge: General understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
