Multiple Technical, Maintenance, Sales & Merchandising Roles

About the role

Gandour, a leading FMCG manufacturer in Lebanon, is expanding its team across several functions. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill technical, maintenance, sales, and merchandising positions, including Technical Operators, HVAC Technicians, Mechanical Section Heads, HVAC Supervisors, Cash Van Drivers, and Merchandisers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and industrial machinery, performing routine checks and reporting issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment efficiency.
• Lead and supervise mechanical or HVAC maintenance teams, plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with production and engineering.
• Deliver products to customers, collect payments, and maintain accurate cash and delivery records.
• Ensure proper product display, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and implement merchandising standards and promotions.

Required profile

• Relevant technical degree (TS, BT, LT) in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or HVAC engineering.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Valid driving licence for cash‑van role and proven reliability.
• Ability to work in shifts, under pressure and within team settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to safety and quality standards.
