Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to support our Maintenance Expert in keeping CNC machines and other production equipment running smoothly. The role involves assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance, performing routine checks, and helping to minimise downtime on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of all machines and equipment.
• Support the Maintenance Expert in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out daily and weekly basic checks of machines in coordination with operators.
• Follow scheduled maintenance plans and accurately document completed tasks.
• Report any machine malfunctions or abnormalities immediately to the Maintenance Expert.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment around machines.
• Clean spare parts during maintenance and ensure the correct tools are used for each job.
• Help manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in training to improve technical knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical degree in Mechanics (TS Degree) or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
