Specification Sales Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Mussaitbeh and focuses on promoting Colortek® products to architects, designers, consultants and contractors. The aim is to have Colortek® specified in building and interior design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Visit project sites and design offices to present product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Deliver product training sessions to clients, partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate specifications and timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report on project status, forecasts and achievements.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, including pipeline management and negotiation.
• Ability to deliver engaging training to architects, designers and contractors.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, coatings or interior‑design solutions.
• Comfort working on‑site and visiting client offices regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
