Specification Sales Specialist – Architecture & Design

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Mussaitbeh and focuses on promoting Colortek® products to architects, designers, consultants and contractors. The Specification Sales Specialist works to have Colortek® specified in building projects, acting as the technical and commercial bridge between the market and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit project sites and design offices to present product solutions and gather specification requirements.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Deliver product training sessions for architects, designers, contractors and internal staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate specifications, timely deliveries and compliance with project timelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Update CRM records regularly and report on project status, forecasts and achievements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, coatings or interior design solutions.
• Ability to negotiate, achieve specification targets and manage revenue goals.
• Comfortable working on‑site and travelling daily to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
