Software Client Success Associate

About the role

As a Software Client Success Associate at Upthyme, you will ensure that new customers experience a smooth onboarding and get the most out of our workforce management platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through configuration, training, and ongoing support to boost their operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support new customers throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Gather basic requirements such as company structure and employee data.
• Configure customer accounts, user roles, and settings accurately.
• Deliver product walkthroughs and training sessions for different user groups.
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor adoption metrics and proactively offer additional support or training.
• Document feedback to help improve the product and implementation process.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail when handling employee data, schedules, and configurations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical features to non‑technical users.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to investigate issues before escalation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Greek are a plus.
