Senior Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Agent to join its remote team. Based in Lebanon, you will work with qualified investor and buyer leads across the UAE, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing high‑value property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and qualified investor and buyer inquiries from first contact to signed deal.
• Build trust‑based relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and maintain a robust investor pipeline.
• Conduct professional negotiations and close high‑value real‑estate transactions.
• Maintain pipeline activity and performance metrics in the company CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and collaborate with management to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in a top‑performing sales role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
