About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate company looking for an experienced General Manager to lead all business functions, shape strategy, and drive profitability across residential and commercial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales, operations, and marketing teams.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Set annual budgets, forecasts and performance targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales performance, agent productivity and commission structures.
• Drive lead‑generation initiatives and optimise conversion rates.
• Ensure smooth daily operations for listings, transactions and closings.
• Maintain compliance with real‑estate laws, regulations and brokerage policies.
• Establish SOPs, internal controls and reporting systems.
• Manage CRM systems, data integrity and operational KPIs.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate top‑performing agents and staff.
• Foster a performance‑driven, ethical and collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in real‑estate sales, operations or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to scale teams and increase revenue.
• Strong financial literacy with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
