About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate company looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Manager to keep daily activities running smoothly. You will work closely with agents, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day real estate operations and ensure seamless workflow across departments.
• Manage listing processes, transaction coordination, and documentation compliance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate activities between agents, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
• Monitor contracts, deadlines, and closing timelines.
• Maintain CRM systems, databases, and internal tools.
• Oversee vendor relationships with brokers, lawyers, developers, photographers, and portals.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support leadership with planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate operations, administration, or brokerage management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
