Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design projects from concept through delivery, creating high‑quality visual assets that meet client objectives and uphold brand standards. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure creative excellence across marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own design projects end‑to‑end, from initial brief to final production.
• Maintain the highest standards of creativity and visual quality.
• Generate innovative concepts that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to meet deadlines and enhance performance.
• Provide visual solutions for marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Prepare compelling presentations, mood boards, and pre‑/post‑production checks.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in an advertising or marketing‑focused design role.
• Strong creative direction, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
