Illustrator – Digital Art & Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a talented Illustrator to create compelling visual concepts and lead a creative team. The role combines hands‑on digital illustration with project coordination, ensuring high‑quality assets are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce character designs and illustrations that convey ideas or concepts using a Wacom tablet.
• Utilise Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to develop digital artwork.
• Lead and manage a team of illustrators, designers, and editors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain clear communication with upper management, reporting status and addressing changes.
• Oversee timelines, ensuring all deliverables are submitted promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing creative teams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Project‑management mindset with a focus on quality and deadline adherence.
