About the role
The HVAC / Trades Operations Coordinator will support the workflow of a foreign trade service company by handling scheduling, tracking, and system updates. Based in Zouk Mosbeh, the position works a shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, ensuring smooth coordination of HVAC and related trade services. The role operates under the administrative support of Facilitate, which provides workspace and coordination services but is not the employer. All employment, management, and operational authority rests with the foreign company.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate HVAC and other trade service schedules.
- Track job status and provide timely updates.
- Maintain dispatch boards.
- Generate regular status reports.
- Escalate operational risks to appropriate stakeholders.
Required profile
- Experience in trade services coordination is preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
