Senior Digital Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Senior Digital Sales Executive to join our team in Beirut. The role focuses on acquiring new business and expanding relationships with brands, agencies and advertisers in the digital advertising space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital advertising.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including brands, agencies and advertisers.
• Promote and sell programmatic advertising and performance marketing solutions.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored advertising strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and campaign terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as ad operations, creative and analytics to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Track, monitor and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions including programmatic, performance and social media advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and agencies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
