Senior Client Advisor

About the role

The Senior Client Advisor acts as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer journey while driving sales and after‑sales service in a luxury boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying needs, presenting product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process.
• Develop and execute action plans to meet sales targets set by management.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships using PR and personalized techniques.
• Handle objections and after‑sales requests in coordination with the Boutique Manager to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in product trainings, continuously update knowledge on collections, and share insights with colleagues.
• Monitor consumer behavior, competition and market trends to propose creative solutions that increase sales and market share.
• Apply luxury storytelling and selling techniques consistently.
• Maintain store image, grooming and merchandising according to supplier guidelines.
• Implement pricing and discount policies, manage cash and card payments, and ensure zero discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, track inventory, and ensure stock replenishment.
• Oversee goods reception, transfers, pricing, and store operational issues, including housekeeping and physical inventories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably watches or jewelry.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong selling, negotiation and customer‑centric orientation.
• Detail‑oriented, result‑driven multitasker with strong team spirit and professional ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
