Sales Supervisor – Lead a Team in Tripoli

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily sales operations for KHAWAJA in Tripoli. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving performance, coaching a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach, train and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication between the sales team and senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales results and support customer retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to align sales initiatives with overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales supervision or a similar role, preferably in retail, wholesale or related commercial environments.
• Strong team‑management and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Goal‑oriented, problem‑solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
