Sales Business Development – Media & Events

About the role

The Sales Business Development position at Konspt Media & Events is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tripoli. You will be responsible for driving new revenue by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and promoting the company’s media and event services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and attend client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Meet sales targets, report performance and support strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused service orientation.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in media, advertising or events.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tripoli, manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
