Sales Representative (Partner Development)

About the role

Quick Source Consultancy is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand its partner network in Beirut. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with agencies, and meeting defined sales and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers and partners through inbound leads and proactive outreach.
• Expand the network of approved partner agencies in the assigned market.
• Communicate with prospects using CRM tools and company communication channels.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners and convert leads into approved partners.
• Report to the Country Manager and follow established company processes.
• Achieve performance targets based on the number of approved partners and related KPIs.
• Research market trends, uncover new business opportunities, and use social media for business development.
• Handle basic technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams when needed.

Required profile

• Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media tools.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
