About the role
CreatorLab is a fast‑growing digital media agency that partners with TikTok creators and live streamers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who can communicate confidently and persuade creators to join our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify active TikTok creators who match our target profile.
- Reach out to them through TikTok, Instagram and initiate conversations.
- Move promising contacts to WhatsApp or phone for deeper engagement.
- Explain the benefits of joining CreatorLab and address any questions.
- Convince creators to sign up and successfully onboard them.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up and manage your lead pipeline.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people daily.
- Organized and target‑driven.
- Basic understanding of social media.
- Ambitious attitude and willingness to grow.
