Client and Platform Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Client and Platform Manager to drive learner acquisition, enhance engagement, and ensure seamless platform operations for our educational programs. The role combines sales, marketing, customer success and operational support to deliver an outstanding learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective learners, deliver compelling sales pitches, manage the full sales cycle, track acquisition metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team.
• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives, leverage social media and digital campaigns, collect learner feedback, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, proactively check in with learners at key milestones, address questions promptly, and partner with coaches to maximize learner value.
• Manage backend processes, update learner records, generate performance reports, monitor platform health, and contribute to operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer success, preferably in education or e‑learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships, conduct persuasive sales conversations, and close deals.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
• Passion for delivering outstanding learner experiences and supporting professional development.
• Ability to track, interpret, and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable using online platforms, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
• Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
