Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Saint-Gobain, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers and a driver of new business in the construction and building‑materials market. You will use your knowledge of our product portfolio to match solutions to customer needs and help grow our market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Promote and sell the company's products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and close orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to sales forecasts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and product‑related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, reporting findings to the Sales Team Leader.
• Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building‑materials industry.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driving license.
