Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will join Montblanc Living in Beirut, promoting the brand’s products and services to customers in the store and surrounding area. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Upsell Montblanc Living products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Handle defective items and manage related customer inquiries.
• Respond promptly to all emails and customer communications.
• Close sales and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about competing products and services to position Montblanc Living effectively.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, ensuring regular follow‑up.
• Understand customers' needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on the brand’s history and values, especially new clients.
• Drive store business, grow the client base, and meet sales objectives.
