About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our growing insurance sales team. In this role you will shape sales strategy, drive performance, and ensure high client satisfaction across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Monitor team performance, set sales goals and provide regular feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet their needs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
