About the role
Join MetLife Lebanon’s structured three‑phase development program designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders. As a Sales Manager you will progress from hands‑on sales experience to leading a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver client‑focused insurance and financial planning solutions while building a solid sales foundation.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of advisors, enhancing coaching and people‑management capabilities.
- Lead a high‑performing unit, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous leadership or team‑management experience is a strong advantage.
