About the role
MetLife Lebanon is launching a three‑phase Leadership Journey designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders. Participants start with intensive sales training, progress to building and managing their own advisory team, and ultimately step into a Unit Manager position driving business results.
Key responsibilities
- Phase 1 – Sales Mastery: engage clients, conduct financial planning, and tailor insurance solutions.
- Phase 2 – Team Building & Development: recruit, train, and coach a team of advisors, monitor performance and foster growth.
- Phase 3 – Leadership Acceleration: lead a sales unit, set targets, drive key results, and cultivate a high‑performing culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership is a major plus.
