About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our premium custom glass products in the United States market. The position is fully remote, operating on New York business hours, and offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle qualified inbound leads supplied by the Lead Qualification team.
- Conduct the majority of client communication via phone calls (80‑90%) and follow‑up emails.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present accurate project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records in HubSpot CRM, including notes, pipeline stages, and follow‑up actions.
- Provide professional, timely communication throughout the sales cycle with U.S. clients.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage time independently.
- Experience interacting with U.S.‑based clients is a strong advantage.
- Near‑native spoken English (C1+ level) for daily calls.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platform) proficiency.
