About the role

PassBeyond is seeking a trusted connector to introduce high‑net‑worth entrepreneurs and business owners to Greece’s Golden Visa property investment programme. This part‑time, remote position works on a commission‑only basis, allowing you to maintain your existing commitments while earning uncapped income.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce PassBeyond’s residency solution to contacts in your network.
• Explain investment numbers, timelines, and risks so clients can make informed decisions.
• Guide clients from the first conversation through to the issuance of their residence permit.
• Build genuine, trust‑based relationships without using scripts or pressure tactics.
• Collaborate remotely with full support from the Athens headquarters.

Required profile

• Existing relationships with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, or senior professionals.
• Deep cultural fluency with the communities you will serve.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only compensation model.
• High integrity – you would rather lose a deal than mislead a client.
