About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. You will interact directly with shoppers, recommend products, and help drive store performance in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in‑store.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well merchandised.
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Required profile
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
