Sales Executive – Client Acquisition & CRM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth for Financy by expanding our client portfolio and strengthening relationships. The role blends sales, marketing and client‑relationship management while requiring a solid grasp of accounting and legal paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the company’s portfolio.
• Maintain and improve the CRM system for accurate client tracking and follow‑ups.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor sales activities, including meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities, partnerships and networking prospects.
• Work with management to set and achieve KPI targets for client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost Financy’s visibility through campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Provide feedback and reports on market trends, client needs and competitor activities.
• Assist clients in understanding services such as accounting, auditing, company establishment and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in accounting, legal or consultancy services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and legal/government paperwork (company registration, VAT, NSSF, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Owns a car and holds a valid driver’s licence for outdoor visits.
