Sales Executive – Business Development Representative

About the role

Massyve Technologies is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Beirut office. You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients and turning them into long‑term partners for the company’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate the value of Massyve’s web, mobile, UI/UX, AI and cybersecurity services.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and analytical.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in technology, digital marketing or software development is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales strategies is highly desirable.
