Sales Development Representative – Online (Beirut)

About the role

Enmaa is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to work online from our Beirut office. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, presenting Enmaa’s HR solutions, and building lasting relationships with organisations across the Middle East and Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client HR challenges.
• Follow up on leads, qualify prospects and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to design customised solutions.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and participate in networking events.
• Provide market feedback to support business development strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals.
• Knowledge of human‑resources concepts such as talent acquisition, career coaching and organisational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present services clearly.
• Solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort working on‑site in Beirut and engaging directly with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in standard office applications.
