Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will join D.R.EAM Insurance Agency’s Beirut office, working full‑time to engage directly with clients, understand their insurance and consulting needs, and propose tailored solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, manage a pipeline of prospects, and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to the improvement of service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales consulting, business development, or related client‑facing roles.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation abilities.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools to track activities and manage client information.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
