About the role
We are expanding our insurance business and are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the insurance market.
- Provide customized insurance proposals that meet client needs.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a drive to meet and surpass goals.
- Self‑motivated, professional and disciplined.
