Sales Coach

About the role

The Sales Coach will join Brand Aid Marketing Solutions in Beirut on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving sales coaching programmes that boost individual and team performance across the agency’s client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities.
• Develop and update sales training materials, workshops and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Facilitate group trainings and provide ongoing personalised coaching to sales staff.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align coaching plans with business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse results and adjust programmes based on feedback.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, document progress and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales coaching, sales training design and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting content to diverse teams.
• Background in sales, business development or account management within marketing, advertising or related industries.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and tailor interventions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
