Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate will work full‑time on‑site in Dbayeh, representing BeytMod’s lifestyle brand. You will greet customers, understand their needs and deliver personalized product recommendations while ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing styling advice aligned with the brand.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and support visual‑merchandising updates.
• Replenish stock, manage inventory on the sales floor, and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
• Collect customer feedback and support in‑store marketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and retail sales abilities with a friendly, rapport‑building approach.
• Clear spoken English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, including weekends and shifts, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is highly beneficial.
• Reliable, proactive team player with a focus on achieving sales and service goals.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn internal systems.
