Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver fast, friendly service in a fashion retail environment, actively engaging customers, maintaining stock levels and supporting the brand’s visual standards. This role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greet customers and address their needs promptly.
• Promote cross‑selling across departments and provide feedback on new collections.
• Keep accurate inventory records, replenish merchandise, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Process all POS transactions, handle cash and promote store products and services.
• Update the customer database, follow up with clients and address complaints efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and contribute ideas to boost department sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent undergraduate studies).
• Maximum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and strong focus over long periods.
• Passion for fashion, professional appearance and discretion.
