Reservations Ticketing Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional Reservations Ticketing Agent to deliver a full‑service, customer‑oriented reservations and ticketing experience. You will interact with travelers and travel‑business partners via phone or in‑person meetings, ensuring high satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of telephone calls and passenger inquiries efficiently.
• Issue tickets, quote accurate fares and tariffs, and process refunds or reissues.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Manage IATA and BSP procedures.
• Calculate and process ticket refunds and reissues accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in reservations and ticketing within an IATA‑registered travel agency.
• Strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Amadeus ticketing system.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and BSP processes.
• Solid computer skills for database management and ticket processing.
