Overnight Specialized Customer Support – Full‑time (Beirut)

About the role

EDGE3 Technologies is looking for motivated individuals to join its 24‑hour customer support centre in Beirut. The position combines overnight phone support with specialized tasks such as reviewing short video clips, labeling features, and preparing reports for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide timely assistance to customers worldwide during the 10 PM‑6 AM shift.
• Review real‑time video clips from driver‑monitoring systems and trigger alerts when required.
• Manually label video features to support the company’s headquarters team.
• Prepare and submit professional documents, reports, and supporting information.
• Interact regularly with the U.S. headquarters and collaborate with internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and, where applicable, basic coding tools.

Required profile

• Punctual, meticulous and dedicated.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Team‑oriented and able to work in a 24‑hour support environment.
• Unblemished criminal record.
• Resident of Beirut, within 2 km of the city centre.
• Professional appearance and formal dress code.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic coding ability (any language).
• Ability to analyse video content and label features.
• Strong written communication for report preparation.
