Remote Sales Agent – Inbound Lead Conversion

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Remote Sales Agent to join our growing virtual sales team. You will work with fully qualified inbound leads, understand their needs, and present tailored program solutions that add value and close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
- Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
- Utilise sales tools and resources to follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Experience in telemarketing, call‑center, phone sales or virtual sales.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
- Quick learner, tech‑savvy and able to thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
- Sociable, likable personality with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
