Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
