Telecalling Executive – Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will conduct high‑volume outbound calls for multiple client campaigns, representing AI and technology products across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer to prospective customers.
• Engage decision‑makers, quickly understand their business needs and pitch relevant value propositions.
• Qualify prospects and book high‑quality sales meetings that are likely to be attended.
• Represent several client campaigns across technology, software and AI‑related products, switching between industries and offers as needed.
• Accurately record call outcomes, prospect information and meeting details in the provided systems.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets for call activity, meetings booked and meetings attended.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong confidence and resilience when speaking with strangers over the phone.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to handle frequent rejection without losing drive.
• Willingness to conduct several hours of cold calling each day.
• Basic business acumen and ability to understand diverse products, industries and customer profiles.
• Coachability, reliability and discipline in a target‑driven environment.
