Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
