About the role
Bitarchitects is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing team. The position is fully remote and ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience who enjoy helping customers and handling inquiries professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails and other inquiries.
- Provide clear, helpful answers while addressing customer questions and requests.
- Review and qualify inquiries, gather project details and coordinate follow‑up calls with relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, inquiries and follow‑up activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation and organization of records.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client support or a related field.
- Professional, organized and customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to listen, understand needs and handle inquiries effectively.
- Fluent in English.
