Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. The role involves sourcing, attracting and placing top talent across multiple industries, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them hire top talent.
• Source and attract candidates using social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings, interview candidates, and provide hiring recommendations to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Develop a network of professional contacts to support future business growth.
• Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure business success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results‑driven, highly motivated with a proven track record of recruitment success.
